Evan advises companies on a broad range of corporate transactions and other commercial issues. He has industry-leading experience guiding companies through mergers and acquisitions and equity financings, negotiating commercial transactions and helping companies navigate other, challenging corporate issues.
Prior to Orman Williams, Evan represented clients like Adobe, Oracle and Salesforce as an attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Hogan Lovells US LLP in Silicon Valley, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and equity financing transactions.

Sawyer Williams

Sawyer's practice focuses on advising emerging growth technology companies on all manner of corporate and securities law matters, from basic entity formation and everyday corporate and commercial issues to complex strategic financings and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to Orman Williams, Sawyer was an attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP in San Francisco, where he was a member of the firm’s Technology & Life Sciences group, specializing in corporate and securities law with a primary focus on advising technology companies. While at Goodwin, Sawyer worked at Y Combinator on secondment. Prior to Goodwin, Sawyer was the Associate General Counsel at Ribbit Capital, a venture capital firm.
